BUYERS MOST COMMON MISTAKE: The big mistake buyers make is spend hours and hours trawling websites looking for bargains. Bargains are very rarely advertised at the price they can be bought for - they are hidden at 'normal' list prices. I find out those bargains and bring them direct to my clients to suit requirements.
